Party Panda will be coming to Color the Skies Balloon Festival on Labor Day weekend, September 3-4, 2011.

Color The Skies, Inc. established in 2006, was created with a greater purpose in mind than simply generating a hot air balloon festival. The goal of bringing awareness and financial support to Children’s Hospital Central California insuring that all children in the Central Valley continue to receive the best pediatric care possible, regardless of financial resources - remains the same today.
